I don't hear me speak much about my dear husband, Craig, on SDV.  He indulges my jool habit, but it's really not his thing.  However, once in a great while, he'll take me jool hunting.  He does the reconnaissance work, scouting ahead.  At 6' 5" tall, he has a different perspective than I do and that's how he found this special treasure, which I would have completely missed.  It is one of my all time favorites (if not The all time favorite).  This vintage Celebrity necklace and earrings delivers a beautiful message.  The Chinese characters spell Peace on Earth, which is interpreted in English on the back of the necklace' crossbar.  The set is crafted of silvertone metal.  The necklace measures 21 1/2" in wearable length and the hinged pendant measures 1 1/4" wide by 5 1/2" long.  The earrings measure 2 1/8" long.  Both pieces are signed Celebrity.  There is no wear to note on the metal plating and the earring clips and spring clasp are in fine working order.  Overall, this hippy chic set is in Near Mint condition.
