PAYMENT
Sunny Day Vintage is pleased to accept the following payment methods:

Credit card and Paypal payments must be completed at time of checkout. I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, all forms of Paypal payment and money orders.
Money orders are due within 7 days of purchase. Sorry, I can't accept money orders from my international customers.
I offer a flexible layaway plan to suit any budget. Items priced over $100 may be placed on layaway for up to 6 weeks. You may choose to make 2, 3 or 4 payment installments via Paypal or Money Order. There is no fee for placing an item on layaway, but a 5% restocking fee will be applied to layaways which are not completed.
PACKING
I know how much you look forward to receiving your treasures, so I will do everything I can to make sure they arrive safe and sound. I will pack your item carefully using clean, new packing materials and only ship in boxes. I wrote the book on shipping vintage costume jewelry (actually, an award winning 4 part guide - but who's counting), so you can trust me to do a good job for you. :-)
All purchases totaling over $100 are shipped free!
I do not charge a handling fee for U.S. or International shipments, but a fee of $.25 is added to all packages (including international) to cover the cost of insurance through DSI, a third party agent.
Items shipped within the U.S. will be sent via Priority Mail and cost $4.85.
International packages will be shipped via First Class Mail International:

Items shipped to Canada will cost $3.25.

Items shipped to Mexico will cost $3.95.

All other international destinations will cost $7.45.
Please select the correct shipping option at checkout so the handslap fairy doesn't have to pay you a visit. :-) I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases at no additional charge.
RETURNS
If you decide your purchase isn't what you had in mind, it's no problem. :-) Returns are accepted when postmarked within 7 days of original shipping date. I pack very carefully, but in the rare instance that a postal machine eats a package (it hasn't happened to me, yet - knock on keyboard), I'll just need your assistance in completing a simple insurance claim form. Items returned for any other reason must be shipped in a box, and received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. Refunds will be cheerfully given in the form of money back or store credit (your choice), less all shipping charges.
